Kåre M. Petersen appointed Key Account Manager
As part of the ongoing efforts of strengthening our customer relations, Semvac has decided to bolster the sales department by appointing Kåre Mørck Petersen as our new Key Account Manager.
With a background in long term project sales in the building, marine and aviation industry, and a graduate diploma in Business Administration, Kåre is eagerly anticipating his newfound obligations at Semvac.
Responsible for the cabin project sales and commercial relations to selected key accounts, Kåre is adamant that although he needs to allocate time to familiarize himself with the vast array of sanitary solutions offered here at Semvac, he already wishes to initiate the process of building new business relations and reinforcing the already existing collaborations with key accounts:
- Over the years, I have come to realize that - for me - vigorously working on attaining knowledge about the customers and their specific needs, gives me the best starting point when devising an offer. In fact, one of the main reasons I chose to apply for the position at Semvac, is the reverse approach to sales practiced here. Rather than presenting a range of pre-configured stock-products and subsequently adjusting the selected product to fit a given fleet of trains, Semvac often looks at what the customer needs and then tailors the perfect solution.
One of my key-values is customer proximity, and this way of working with the customers not only represents the ideal way of devising offers, but also allows me to do something I enjoy very much – building close customer relations.
